If you are a landowner or mineral estate owner in our coverage area, we would be interested in making a fair proposal to purchase or lease your interest.

Because we own many thousands of acres of mineral rights and are not actively involved in extraction operations, our objectives are similar to the individual owner.

Our leases reflect this fact and are drawn to provide the maximum advantage to the lessor.

We believe that our substantial acreage position gives us a stronger bargaining position when negotiating the terms of a lease or farm-out with any particular operator.

There are several operators in the Trenton-Black River play and we select the operator that is right for the particular property involved.

We would be very pleased to offer you a proposal for the purchase or lease of your mineral rights. There is, of course, no obligation incurred in requesting a proposal and we welcome the opportunity to provide you with a fair proposal.

Our lease proposals all provide for the payment of a royalty on production of one-eighth (12.5%) of all gas or oil produced and sold.

We monitor spacing hearings and other proceedings based on available geophysical information to assure that a fair share of unit production is attributed to the interest held.

This eliminates concern that a well drilled on another  property will drain gas or oil from your reserves or that unit boundaries are unfairly drawn.

It is important to remember that the operator's interests do not necessarily coincide with with those of the owner in all respects.

When you lease with us, we are then partners in maximizing the economic benefit derived from development.

As our partner, you benefit from the experience of our professionals in many areas of concern.

Because we have a substantial acreage position, we  have a stronger bargaining position in negotiating with particular operators.

We also make it our business to remain aware of developments in the field and the value of particular properties at any given time.

For a fair proposal to lease or purchase your mineral rights, please e-mail us with your name, address, telephone number and the location of your property.
