If you are researching a mineral title in our coverage area and find one of the following companies  holding title to the severed minerals, there is a good chance that we now own that interest:

Penn Central companies including Pennsylvania Railroad, Lehigh Valley Railroad, New York Central Railroad, Owasco River Railway and their affiliates. Penn Central owned many railroads and was one of the few to reserve mineral rights when selling the surface. If you run across a mineral reservation to a railroad in your title searching, contact us and we would be happy to let you know whether we now own the interest.
